When I began reading through this book, I found out that it’s written and published in Canada…hence it qualifies as one of my books for The Canadian Book Challenge! Yay!

As eye health has become important to me, this book came highly recommended. It was so interesting to read what specific foods are good to consume in order to maintain healthy eyes! I especially enjoyed the section that talks about the foods and gives great tips and recipes to help incorporate these foods in our diet.
